Domestic Seafood is committed to providing the ultimate seafood & meat experience for each and every customer, and shipping and delivery is no exception.

Our products are safely sealed in the highest quality sustainable packaging, and all boxes remain at optimal temperature, ensuring your food will remain fresh throughout the delivery process. Upon your shipment's arrival, you will see your order’s contents are individually wrapped and labeled for your utmost convenience. You may find key facts and information on your catch along with descriptive instructions on where to store your fish to maintain its peak freshness on our website. From the freezer to the fridge, or maybe right in the oven, we leave no stone unturned for you.  

While there are many steps we take to ensure the quality of our seafood and meats, there are certain circumstances that may fall out of our control. Shipping delays due to weather conditions and transit issues are in the hands of mail carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We can only guarantee an estimate of your expected delivery time, but will work tirelessly alongside these carriers to keep you fully informed.

Next day home delivery is available only for orders placed before 12pm (noon) EST. If the order is placed after 12pm EST, it will be delivered two days after the initial order is placed, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

In anticipation of high traffic volumes around holidays or other events, Domestic Seafood will provide information on the potential delay of your shipment. We suggest placing these orders ahead to guarantee delivery on, or before, your preferred delivery date.

There are no returns, refunds or cancellations on existing orders once delivered. Due to various health codes, we cannot accept many goods, such as perishable items. 


In order to request a refund, your shipment must be of non-edible quality. Please contact admin@domesticseafood.com to request your refund. We can also replace your item if it is received as damaged or defective. To request a replacement, please contact admin@domesticseafood.com.
